Analog/digital mixed-signal integrated circuits (IC) such as analog-to-digital converters are essential electronic components of sensors. It is highly demanded to fabricate mixed-signal ICs on a flexible plastic film to realize a fully flexible sensor system for the wearable devices that can come in close contact with soft human body. In this study, we developed a methodology to realize low-voltage CNT-based mixed-signal ICswith excellent stability and robustness against device variability and drift issues. The key circuit is a novel operational amplifier with a high gain and low operating voltage. We successfully realized a fully flexible CNT-based analog frontend circuit for sensing applications.
