Conference Dinner Banquet

Conference attendees and companions are encouraged to attend the Conference Dinner Banquet on Wednesday, September 28. FULL CONFERENCE registration fee includes ONE Conference Dinner Banquet Ticket. Companion tickets may be purchased during preregistration for $135 and during standard registration for $155 and will also be available for purchase on-site subject to availability.

Conference Excursion

Wednesday, September 28 — 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Conference attendees and companions are encouraged to attend the Conference Excursion on Wednesday, September 28. FULL CONFERENCE registration fee includes ONE excursion admission. Companion tickets may be purchased during preregistration for $135 and during standard registration for $155 and will be available to purchase on-site subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel all or any portion of your meeting registration order, you must notify MRS in writing via email of your request for a refund. The timing of your request is important in determining refund amounts. Refunds will be made upon receipt of written refund request within the following guidelines:

Registration refund requests on or before September 7:

Refund amount requested less a $20 processing fee

Refund requests received between September 8 and the start of the conference:

Refunds will only be issued in extenuating circumstances following review by IIT and MRS.

Refund requests received after the start of the conference:

No refunds provided
