Topological photonics mimic topological condensed matter physics which has opened up possibilities to transport the photons efficiently and robustly. In this poster presentation, we present spin-valley locking of edge states through staggered chiral photonic crystals which have the two-dimensional honeycomb unit cell. We demonstrate the bulk band dispersion with a bandgap in the spin-valley locked edge states and by calculating with a coupled dipole method. And the spin-valley locking characteristics can be obtained when the staggered chirality breaks the inversion symmetry.
