Abstract

In this talk, I will present our group's efforts in enhancing the performance of perovskite solar cell by interface engineering. In the first example, Cu-S and Al-CuS is used as hole transporting layer and found to enhance the stability of perovskite solar cell due to the Pb-S bond at the interface. In the second example, SnO/CdS electron transporting layer is shown to facilitate directional growth of the higher mobility [hk1] planes of Sb2(S,Se)3, resulting in power conversion efficiency of >9%.
