Designing Mixed Electronic and Ionic Conductors for High Performance and Stable Elecrotrochemical Devices

Mixed electronic and ionic organic conductors play an important role in thin-film electrochemical devices, such as organic electrochemical transistors (OECT) and organic electrochromic devices (OECD). In this talk, I will present our recent progress on the design, synthesis, and characterization of these organic conductors. We intend to establish the correlations among molecular structures, device performance, and cycling durability.
