The Future of Micro and Nanoscale Manufacturing

Our panel will assemble leading industry and academic experts to share their perspectives on the future of nano and microfabrication.  We will discuss industry trends, the role of additive manufacturing and injection molding, and issues around quality control and scalability.  We will also touch on how the academic research community currently interfaces with our industry partners and debate strategies to increase engagement between industry and academia.  The panel will share their thoughts on the future of this industry and the most exciting R&D taking place today.

Our panelists are:

  • Donna Bibber, CEO of Isometric Micro Molding, Inc.
  • Julia Greer, Ph.D., Professor at the California Institute of Technology and Director of the Kavli Nanoscience Institute
  • Vladimir Bulović, Ph.D., Professor at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Director of MIT.nano

The panel will be chaired by Bernhard Küenburg, CEO of UpNano GmbH.
