MRS Meeting and Exhibit participants and members have
responsibility, likely shared with their employer, for compliance with all
applicable laws, codes, rules and regulations of federal, state and city
governments; the facility; and the meeting, including, but not limited to,
following public health policies, complying with safety regulations and
adhering to the MRS Code
of Conduct. Participants and members are responsible for complying with
employer and contract obligations. Participants and members are
encouraged to consult with their organizational or private counsel for guidance
in complying with laws and regulations, including government antitrust and
trade statutes.
