Organic lasers are expanding from optical to electrical excitation. The low threshold of organic semiconductor lasers is a major challenge, and effective utilization of triplet excitons generated under electrical excitation is an important viewpoint. In this talk, we will discuss the conditions required for the material design of TADFs from the viewpoint of using triplet harvesting in lasers, molecular design for fast reverse system crossing, and molecular design to improve the radiation rate constant.
