The 2026 MRS Fall Meeting Chairs are soliciting proposals for symposia in current and future technical topical areas of materials research as well as broader impact areas. Global collaborations, active engagement by researchers in all employment sectors, and diversity are important features of MRS Meetings and should be reflected in the individual symposia.
While all topics will be considered, MRS Fall symposia topics lean more towards fundamental research areas. The Chairs seek proposals in all areas of materials research spanning materials design, functionalities, synthesis, processing, characterization, theory, and modeling.
