Thank you for your interest in board service to the Materials Research Society (MRS). We know that those with an interest in being a volunteer leader have many choices. Numerous organizations are part of the global materials community engaged in improving the quality of life and we are appreciative knowing that you are interested in MRS.

The following application offers an opportunity to know more about you, your attributes, skills and experience, and what you would bring to MRS. It also provides you with a sense of what matters to MRS in any board candidate.

The goal of the application process is to determine if we are a good fit for each other - your level of commitment and ability to deliver on expectations so that we are confident that you can help us advance our mission and the field of materials research.
