Over the past two decades, ferroelectric superlattices have become an established platform for exploring complex domain patterns in ultrathin ferroelectrics. Aside from exhibiting fascinating local dipole arrangements, these domain patterns also profoundly influence the macroscopic electrical properties of their host material. This talk will focus on the electrical properties of a range of PbTiO
3-SrTiO
3 superlattices with different compositions and under different epitaxial strains. We will discuss the domain-wall mediated enhancement of the small signal dielectric permittivity, its variation with temperature and degree of disorder, as well different mechanisms for antiferroelectric-like behaviour observed in superlattices at higher fields.
