Submit your ICMOVPE XXI  Paper to the Journal of Crystal Growth

A special issue of the Journal of Crystal Growth will be published with peer-reviewed papers from ICMOVPE XXI. All previous ICMOVPE proceedings, have been published in the Journal of Crystal Growth, making it THE source for development in the MOVPE field. 

All participants who have a paper accepted for oral or poster presentations are invited to submit manuscripts for consideration for publication. The length of the papers in the proceedings is that of a regular Journal paper. All submitted manuscripts will be subjected to a rigorous peer-review process as or regular publication. As with the previous proceedings, this volume will be another long-lived and much-referenced standard in the field.
