Save the Date

The ISGN-8 Symposium is being organized by the Materials Research Society.  It is the eighth Symposium in a biannual series focused specifically on growth of III-Nitride materials, nanostructures and device structures.

Begun in Linköping, Sweden (2006), the Symposium has since been held in Izu, Japan (2008), Montpellier, France (2010), St. Petersburg, Russia (2012), Atlanta, Georgia, USA, (2014), Hamamatsu, Japan (2016), and Warsaw, Poland (2018).
