DRC is proud to offer an in-person conference in 2022. All registrants will have access to hybrid viewing options for those unable to travel to The Ohio State University. We will provide access to plenary, invited and contributed talks, as well as the Tuesday evening rump sessions via our streaming partner, underline.io. Our Sunday short course is also available as a streaming option. All conference participants will be able to access the recorded daily sessions via underline as soon as they are published by underline.io. In-person attendance is strongly encouraged for optimal participation.

Premier Registration

The Device Research Conference is pleased to offer a Premier Registration option, created for our corporate participants who wish to show their support to our device community. This support enables us to offer reduced registration fees that increased student participation. We’ve decided to take the difficulty out of traditional sponsorship paperwork and give corporate entities an easy way to support DRC simply by registering! Premier Registration is not required for any participant.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel all or any portion of your meeting registration order, you must notify MRS in writing of your request for a refund. The timing of your request is important in determining refund amounts. Refunds will be made upon receipt of written refund request within the following guidelines:

Registration refund requests received on or before June 10, 2022:
Refund amount requested less a $20 processing fee.
Registration refund requests received between June 11, 2022, and the start of the Conference:
Refunds will only be issued in extenuating circumstances, after review of the request by DRC and MRS.
Registration refund requests received after the start of the Conference:
No refunds will be provided.
