To cancel all or any portion of your meeting registration order, you must notify MRS in writing of your request for a refund. The timing of your request is important in determining refund amounts. Refunds will be made upon receipt of written refund request within the following guidelines:
- Registration refund requests received on or before June 10, 2021:
Refund amount requested less a $20 processing fee.
- Registration refund requests received between June 11, 2021 and June 20, 2021:
Refunds will only be issued in extenuating circumstances, after review of the request by DRC and MRS.
- Registration refund requests received after June 20, 2021:
No refunds will be provided.
