Since 1990, attendees of the MRS Spring Meeting have enjoyed gathering in San Francisco, California and Phoenix, Arizona around Easter weekend. Following virtual meeting experiences in 2020 and 2021, MRS was excited to take the Spring Meeting back on the road by traveling to Honolulu, Hawai'i in 2022 and returned to San Francisco in 2023.
Up next, MRS will take the Spring Meeting to a new location as Seattle, Washington will host the 2024 and 2025 Spring Meetings. Following in 2026 will be a return to Honolulu! Make sure to mark your calendars:
- 2024—April 22-26—Seattle, Washington
- 2025—April 7-11—Seattle, Washington
- 2026—April 27-May 1—Honolulu, Hawai'i
Seattle is considered a Tier-1 location for meetings and conferences, is a diverse metropolitan area—premier destinations for arts and entertainment—and will foster increased regional and student attendance. After a unique and diverse cultural experience in 2022, MRS returns to Honolulu on the Hawai'ian Island of O'ahu, which blends a modern verve with history and a relaxed, island style.
