The Electronic Materials Conference Went Virtual! 

Because the health and safety of our Electronic Materials community are our top priorities, we are pleased to announce that EMC 2020 was held virtually this year—with a combination of live streaming and prerecorded presentations—over the scheduled dates of June 24 to 26, 2020.  We have a strong community, and we thank those volunteers who have stepped forward to make this happen. 


The Electronic Materials Conference (EMC) is the premier annual forum on the preparation, characterization and use of electronic materials. This year’s virtual event featured a plenary session, topical sessions, a poster session and more.

EMC was coordinated with the Device Research Conference (DRC), which was held during the same week, from June 21-24. This recognized the strong interaction between device and electronic materials research and provided fruitful exchange of information between attendees of both Conferences.
